The revelation of facts regarding the receipt of improper benefits by People's Deputies occurred in December 2025, after which in January 2026, the faction leader was uncovered and suspicion was announced.

According to the investigation materials, there was a monthly format of payments that ensured the loyalty of deputies during voting.
