National Cashback has changed the rules: what you can now spend your money on

According to ТСН: Starting from November 22, new changes have been made to the "National Cashback" program regarding the goods and services on which cashback can be spent. These conditions will be in effect until June 30, 2026.

Available categories of goods and services

Now users can spend their accumulated funds on the following categories:

  • utilities

  • postal services

  • food products in stores and supermarkets

  • medicines and medical devices

  • books and other printed products

  • charity

Several new categories are already available: funds can be used for purchasing medicines, medical devices, books, and other printed materials. Currently, a 10% cashback is credited for the purchase of about 400,000 products of Ukrainian production at partner retail points.

We remind you that over the last two months, payments under the “National Cashback” program have not been made due to a lack of funds. Users reported that the last payment was received in early September for purchases made in July, meaning with a delay. The Ministry of Economy explained that the program continues to function, payments remain valid, and the delay is caused by technical problems with approvals.

The introduction of new categories will enhance the possibilities of using cashback for Ukrainians, while against the backdrop of payment delays observed in recent months, it is important for the program to operate stably. This may encourage more people to join the program and actively use its opportunities for the benefit of themselves and society.
