Naftogaz refuses paper invoices: how to pay for gas online.
Utility companies in Ukraine are gradually abandoning the practice of sending paper invoices to consumers for payment of various services on a monthly basis. For example, the gas supply company 'Naftogaz-Ukraine' offers customers to decide how they want to pay their bills.

How to pay for gas if there is no invoice
