Customers Urged to Verify Payment Details as Naftogaz Updates Gas Billing Information.
Official Notice from Naftogaz of Ukraine
According to Novyny.live: Naftogaz of Ukraine has issued a reminder for its customers to double-check their payment details when settling gas bills through banking apps. This follows recent updates to the company's payment requisites. To avoid unexpected issues or delays, users must ensure the information they enter is accurate before completing any transaction.
Updated Payment Requisites
According to the company, the changes affect the payment details for gas services. The Unified State Register Code (EDRPOU) for Naftogaz of Ukraine is 40121452. The settlement account for payments is UA723204780000026006000255925, with the bank code (MFO) being 320478. All payments should be directed to JSC 'Ukrgasbank'. The company emphasizes that customers must submit their payments by the 25th of each month to prevent debt accumulation.
To verify the correctness of these details, customers can visit the official Naftogaz website, specifically the 'News' and 'Official Information' sections. The updated requisites are also available through the KUB app and other digital services under the Naftogaz of Ukraine group, including the personal account portal and the GASUA chatbot.
The company advises: 'If you are paying for gas through your bank's app—whether entering details manually or using a saved template—please confirm the data is correct before proceeding.'
This change in payment requisites highlights the need for customers to remain vigilant when handling financial transactions. Double-checking the information can help prevent payment mishaps and the risk of incurring overdue balances.
Naftogaz continues to offer various digital tools and services to make it easier for customers to access accurate information and process payments smoothly.
