Naftogaz calls for updating data: what will happen if they are outdated.
According to inkorr.com: The Naftogaz company urges Ukrainians to update their personal data on their website to ensure uninterrupted access to services and timely receipt of important messages.
'Have you changed your address, surname or found inaccuracies in your data in the DК 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' system? Then we recommend updating your information to always have uninterrupted access to our online services and receive important messages about your personal account.'
For your convenience, you can visit the official company website gas.ua and submit an online application. Updated data will be displayed in your personal account at my.gas.ua and in the next printed gas bill.
Importance of updating data
Naftogaz emphasizes that data updating is not only an important process but also a necessary step to maintain communication with the company and receive accurate information about gas supply.
It is also worth noting that Naftogaz has started cooperation with debtors, so up-to-date data plays an important role in communication and receiving messages from the company.
This initiative from Naftogaz focuses on current issues of gas consumption in Ukraine and provides consumers with the opportunity to stay informed about all changes. Regular updating of personal data will help prevent misunderstandings and ensure continuous access to necessary services.
