Referral to VLK in Reserve+: what will change for conscripts from January.
Conscripts will receive electronic referrals to VLK through the 'Reserve+' app
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov announced that this month conscripts will have the opportunity to receive electronic referrals to the military-medical commission (VLK) through the 'Reserve+' app.
The Ministry of Defense has started a systematic reform of military-medical expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The first step was creating a regulatory framework for issuing electronic referrals to VLK.
'Our goal is to create a modern, transparent VLK system that minimizes corruption risks and bureaucratic barriers. Thanks to digitalization, this process will become significantly more convenient for everyone,' Umerov stressed.
The minister noted that the department continues to develop new regulatory acts that will simplify the VLK process for both conscripts and servicemen.
One of the important innovations will be considering the decisions of expert teams on assessing the daily functioning of individuals, which from January 1 replaced MSEC. 'The updated provisions meet modern standards and needs,' said the head of the defense ministry.
We remind you that the VLK process will be simplified for conscripts through the 'Reserve+' system, which will allow receiving electronic referrals without visiting the TCK.
