Why Natalka Denysenko and Yuriy Savransky Are Signing a Prenuptial Agreement Before Their Wedding.
What Natalka Denysenko and Yuriy Savransky Have Planned
According to Glamurchik — Шоу-біз: Ukrainian actress Natalka Denysenko and entrepreneur Yuriy Savransky are moving forward with their wedding plans, but with a key legal step: they intend to sign a prenuptial agreement. The decision is driven by a desire to safeguard the financial interests of children from their previous relationships. Both are well-known figures in Ukraine—Denysenko as an actress, and Savransky as a businessman—and this will be the second marriage for each of them.
Denysenko finalized her divorce from Andriy Fedinchyk in May 2025 after eight years together. Savransky also ended his previous marriage, separating from Marlena earlier in 2025. He has two children from that union, and together with Denysenko’s son, the couple sees the prenuptial agreement as a protective measure for all the kids involved.
Wedding Preparations
The guest list for the ceremony will include fewer than 100 people. Denysenko explained their reasoning in a recent statement:
'Of course we’ll sign it. This provides a certain guarantee—for him, for his children, and for my son. That’s the only reason it’s necessary.' — Natalka Denysenko
Savransky also weighed in, emphasizing that the arrangement is nothing out of the ordinary:
'This is a completely normal thing. It’s a standard European and worldwide practice. There’s no reason to be afraid of it.' — Yuriy Savransky
The couple is actively preparing for this important life event, paying close attention to the legal details that could help ensure stability for every member of their blended family.
Signing a prenuptial agreement has become a common step for couples entering new relationships, especially when children are already part of the picture. Such contracts offer a layer of financial security and help protect the interests of kids from previous marriages—an increasingly relevant consideration in modern society. They can also reduce the potential for conflict in the event of a divorce, by clearly outlining financial and custody arrangements from the start.
