NATO Launches Major Arctic Military Drills with 25,000 Troops from 14 Nations.
Cold Response Military Exercises Underway
According to UATV: NATO has initiated its large-scale Cold Response military exercises in the Arctic, which are scheduled to run from March 9 to March 19, 2023. Approximately 25,000 military personnel from 14 countries, including the United States and Denmark, are participating in the drills.
The exercises are taking place in northern Norway and Finland, providing participants with the opportunity to test their capabilities under harsh Arctic conditions. Around 4,000 U.S. troops are expected to take part in these maneuvers, highlighting the importance of cooperation among the participating nations.
