According to The Sun: The NATWEST bank has encountered issues with its banking app that have caused inconveniences for some users. They paid for the update but received confusion and loss of access to their accounts – this is what customers are complaining about on social media.
As a result of a faulty update of the NATWEST banking app, customers have encountered issues related to the transfer of accounts and loss of access to existing accounts. The bank is already aware of these issues and hopefully will resolve them as soon as possible.
