- kefir — 200 ml;
- eggs — 2 pcs. (to add to the dough);
- boiled eggs — 4 pcs. (for the filling);
- salt — 1/2 tsp.;
- sugar — 1/2 tsp.;
- soda — 1/2 tsp.;
- flour — 200 g;
- green onions — 1 bunch;
- oil — 2 tbsp. (for frying).
How to cook:
In a deep bowl, pour in the kefir, add the eggs, salt, sugar, and soda. Mix well with a whisk. Gradually add the flour, kneading the dough — it should be soft and not too thick. If the dough turns out to be dense, add a little more kefir.
Chop the boiled eggs into cubes and finely chop the onion. Mix them with the prepared dough so that the filling is evenly distributed.
Heat the frying pan, grease it with a little oil. Spoon out the dough, forming small patties. Fry them over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
