The mustachioed fascist was convicted for inciting hatred, criminal insults, and violations of several offenses - including posting an online advertisement for a baseball fight as a 'means of deportation'.
Liebich has been a leader of far-right workers in eastern Germany since the 90s and led a local branch of Blood and Honour.
In July 2023, he was sentenced to 18 months in prison - which the extremist unsuccessfully appealed.
At the end of 2024, the official gender of the convicted was changed to female upon request, along with an official name change.
It is believed that the gender change exploits the latest reform that greatly simplifies the process of changing a person's official gender.
Marla-Sven the nationalist even sold goods with the Russian symbol 'Z' on social media.
Many point to Liebich’s history of vile abuse towards the trans community to argue that the gender change was driven by a desire for easier conditions in the women’s Chemnitz prison.
In February 2022, Liebich marked Pride Month by posting an image of a burning rainbow flag with the caption: 'It’s time to highlight marginalized alphabet people again while for the rest of the 11 months of the year it’s all about their visibility.'
The decision to send Liebich to a women's prison after his latest immediate gender change sparked outrage.
Marla-Sven confirmed in a post that he would start his prison term as scheduled. The German chief prosecutor stated that the prison would determine if Liebich poses a threat to security and order.
