Experts recommend refraining from purchasing euros in August 2025 due to geopolitical factors affecting the exchange rate of this currency. The euro exchange rate fluctuates between 47.64 and 48.64 UAH, and it is expected to remain in the range of 48-49 UAH. Economic experts do not foresee a sudden weakening of the euro, making the possibility of purchasing this currency unprofitable. During this period, purchasing dollars may be more advantageous, as its exchange rate is stable and does not exceed 42 UAH per unit. It is also advisable to avoid buying 500 euro notes due to the potential for cash counterfeiting, and to avoid using outdated banknotes to prevent issues with currency exchange.
