According to The Sun: New 'Chelsea' manager Liam Rosenior has already earned three points, unfortunately not for his team's victory. He found himself in an unpleasant situation when he was found guilty of speeding. Last July, he was caught on camera while driving an Audi A8 Quattro at 36 miles per hour in a zone where only 30 miles per hour is permitted.
