The Netherlands topped the trust rating among Ukrainians
According to inkorr.com: In September 2025, the Netherlands took first place in the trust rating among Ukrainians, according to a survey by the Razumkov Center. 89.3% of respondents expressed a positive opinion about this country, while only 5.7% have a negative attitude. This result provided the Netherlands with a record balance of ratings at 83.6 points.
Top-5 countries with the highest level of trust
The top five countries with the highest level of trust also included Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and France. At the same time, the lowest ratings were given to Russia, Belarus, China, Hungary, and India, where the balances range from -39.6 to -92.3 points.
France received approval from 88% of Ukrainians, confirming the consistently high level of sympathy towards this European state.
Thus, Ukrainians express positive assessments towards the Netherlands, France, and other European countries, highlighting their trust and positive attitude towards these countries.
These results indicate the growing support for European states among the Ukrainian population, which may be an important signal for international partners. In the context of a complicated political situation in the region, such trust can play a significant role in shaping Ukraine's foreign policy.
