New Amsterdam–Paris Train Service Announced
According to Novyny.live: Dutch rail operator GoVolta has revealed plans for a new direct train connecting Amsterdam and Paris, set to begin operations on December 14, 2026. This service is expected to significantly improve travel options between the Netherlands and France, offering a convenient alternative to flying.
The train will depart daily from Amsterdam Centraal at 8:00 AM, arriving in Paris at 3:00 PM. The return journey leaves Paris at 4:00 PM and reaches Amsterdam around 11:30 PM. Total travel time is approximately 7 hours each way.
Tickets for the route between the Netherlands and France will start at €19, while fares between the Netherlands and Belgium will be available from just €10. The train will consist of 11 carriages, with a total capacity of up to 840 passengers.
