Nova Poshta has a new CEO: who will lead the company from 2026.
According to inkorr.com: The company "Nova Poshta" is preparing changes in management. From January 1, 2026, the position of CEO will be taken by Yevhen Tafiichuk, who is currently the Chief Operating Officer and started his career in the company as a loader. This was reported by "Nova Poshta".

Co-owner of the company Vyacheslav Klymov noted that the process of selecting a new leader was open:
"We considered over 20 candidates, including managers from international companies. In the finals, there were three left – two external candidates and one internal. We are proud that the chosen leader has grown with the company. Yevhen knows all the processes down to the smallest detail and has an ambitious vision for the future," said Klymov.
Who is Yevhen Tafiichuk
Yevhen Tafiichuk has been working at "Nova Poshta" for more than ten years. He started in 2012 as a loader, and just a year later led his first team. His career progressed rapidly – from manager to Chief Operating Officer, responsible not only for operations in Ukraine but also for international offices.
Under his leadership, the company underwent significant transformation:
the network of branches has doubled;
delivery speed has significantly increased;
customer service standards have improved.
Tafiichuk plans to continue the company's development based on FAST, EASY, SAFE principles.
"My priorities will be uncompromising service quality and company growth in Ukraine and beyond. How we treat customers in the details defines our service level," emphasized the newly elected leader.
It was previously reported that "Nova Poshta" is launching a new loyalty program that allows customers to earn bonuses for parcel delivery. Now users of the mobile application can receive 'boxes' for each postal operation, which can be exchanged for discounts in the partner companies of the delivery service.
The changes in the management of "Nova Poshta" indicate the continuation of the company's strategy that prioritizes innovation and service quality. Yevhen Tafiichuk's intention to focus on service development and improving customer relationships may enhance the company's competitiveness in the market. The introduction of a loyalty program also emphasizes "Nova Poshta's" desire to meet the demands of modern consumers.
