Oschadbank Changes Card Limits: How to Adjust Restrictions on Your Own.
Oschadbank, like other Ukrainian banks, has set certain restrictions on the use of debit and credit cards. Specific limits depend on the type of card and the terms of the tariff plan chosen by the client.
Currently, bank clients have the opportunity to independently set limits on payments and transfers from cards, as reported by Novini.LIVE.
What Are the Restrictions
The bank sets limits for various operations:
- purchases in online stores;
- cash withdrawals at ATMs and branch cash desks;
- payments via POS terminals;
- withdrawals abroad;
- transfers to a card of another bank;
- hotel bookings online and other cashless transactions.
Clients can change limits for different operations by visiting the bank branch or using the Oschad 24/7 application.
How to Change the Limit on Your Own
To do this in the Oschad 24/7 application, you need to:
- Select the desired card from the 'Products' menu.
- Go to 'Settings'.
- Choose 'Daily Limits'.
- Specify the desired amount.
- Confirm the action.
Limits can also be changed by phone, in automatic mode, or by following the instructions of the voice assistant.
These new possibilities appeared after the reduction of limits on money transfers without SMS confirmations through the portal and the Oschad 24/7 mobile app by half.
