Occupiers attacked Kharkiv with 'Grom-E1' missile: what is known.
Russia shelled Kharkiv with hybrid missiles and air bombs
In the evening of November 9, Russian military attacked Kharkiv using missiles and air bombs «Grom-E1». This was reported by representatives of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office.
According to the prosecutor's spokesman Dmitry Chubenko, the attack was carried out at 22:17 on Saturday in the Slobidskyi district of the city. As a result of the bomb explosion, the facades of several residential buildings were damaged, and several dozen windows were shattered.
«It is more powerful than an aerial bomb with a high-explosive warhead, has a larger charge of explosive substance. In fact, this is another war crime», - said Chubenko.
One woman, injured as a result of shooting, sought medical attention with signs of stress. Data on other victims are currently unavailable.
Prosecutors reported that a criminal investigation into the enemy shelling in violation of the laws and customs of war has been conducted.
Russia increased the use of the upgraded air bomb 'Grom-E1'
It should also be noted that Russia has increased the use of the upgraded air bomb 'Grom-E1'. It is equipped with its own engine, allowing it to be launched from a greater distance to the target. This bomb has a mass of 600 kg and is equipped with a rocket engine, allowing it to fly up to 120 km after release. Thus, Russian aircraft can attack from a considerable distance, reducing the risk to themselves.
