The number of victims of the enemy air strike on Kupiansk is growing
As of 13:00, it is known about nine people who were injured as a result of the airstrike, reported Oleh Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
The injured are aged from 40 to 71. Four people are hospitalized. Among them, one person is in serious condition, and three are in moderate condition.
Kharkiv region police reported that seven people were injured in Kupiansk. According to police data, the occupiers used ODAB-1500. The aerial bomb hit near a shop at the market. Five women and two men sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity. One of the injured is in serious condition.
A two-story building on the market was partially damaged, as well as 12 trade kiosks, a kindergarten, residential buildings, and an administrative building.
Law enforcement officers assisted rescuers in extracting people from the debris and provided them with first aid. The scene is being handled by the investigative operational group, forensic experts, and bomb disposal technicians.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated under part 1 article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for violating laws and customs of war.
