Survey on celebrating birthdays in January
According to The Sun: Every third adult who celebrates their birthday in January has stopped planning the celebration, believing that friends will not attend the event. According to a survey conducted among 2000 adults, of which 250 were born in the first month of the year, 18% of respondents who celebrate in January have postponed their festive plans to another month.
“We found that many people have doubts about celebrating, especially in the early months of the year when such plans may seem less appealing,” said the survey organizers.
These results suggest that winter months may be less popular for celebrations as people prefer to celebrate birthdays in a warmer and more joyful atmosphere. It might be worth considering new formats for celebrations to make them more appealing even in January.
