Fabio Wardley Dreams of a Fight with Oleksandr Usyk
According to The Sun: Fabio Wardley, a boxer from Ipswich, hopes for the opportunity to meet in the ring with the recently crowned heavyweight king Oleksandr Usyk. In 2018, while still an unknown newcomer, he came to Ukraine to spar with the Olympic champion.

He said in an interview with SunSport:
“It was a funny conversation with my team. I am one punch away from a potential fight with Oleksandr Usyk for one or all the titles.”
Wardley also mentioned that he received an invitation to spar with Usyk when he was just starting his career:
“I got a message on Facebook about two years after starting my professional career.”
Despite the chance to patiently wait for Usyk's next step, Wardley and Parker decided to hold a fight at the O2 Arena.
“This shows the character of both,”- added Wardley.
“We could be sitting on the sidelines waiting, but the ring is a terrible place to stand still.”

If he manages to win, he will have a real chance to meet Usyk, which would significantly enhance his status in the boxing world. This young boxer has many challenges ahead, but his desire to fight and win titles clearly defines his attempts to rise to the top. Read also
