Updated rules for cash-on-delivery parcels: 'Nova Poshta' provided clarification.
The company 'Nova Poshta' explained that the new restrictions on sending cash-on-delivery parcels have been implemented due to legislative requirements. The main goal is to ensure the transparency of the parcel sending and receiving process, especially for those who actively use cash-on-delivery services. The financial partner of NovaPoshta, NovaPay, has temporarily restricted the provision of financial services while issues regarding the source of funds are resolved.
“Our goal is to create conditions for easy use of services without obstacles and additional questions for those who trade,” the company explained.
Customers sending or receiving cash-on-delivery parcels are advised to consider these restrictions and take into account the status of their activities to avoid misunderstandings.
At the end of November, 'Nova Poshta' implemented restrictions on cash-on-delivery parcels due to legislative requirements. This is related to the verification of customers for risks and the analysis of their financial operations, especially if they are handled by individuals.
