Fallen Leaves Benefit the Armed Forces of Ukraine: How the Enemy Loses Camouflage on the Front.
According to inkorr.com: The autumn season has become a decisive phase for the Ukrainian military in the South-Slobozhansky direction, where they have managed to use fallen leaves as a strategic advantage. The commander of the artillery battery of the 13th brigade of the National Guard 'Charter', known by the nickname 'Mozart', noted that fallen leaves complicate the enemy's ability to camouflage.
The thickets are no longer so dense because of the fallen leaves. The enemy has a very hard time camouflaging, we see them in advance and inflict fire damage with artillery and unmanned systems. We strive to prevent the enemy from approaching the positions of our infantry.
The commander also emphasized that the 'Charter' fighters are actively fortifying their positions, which complicates the tasks for enemy assault groups. At the same time, improving conditions for counter-battery warfare allows Ukrainian artillerymen to effectively destroy enemy fire points.
Effective Counter-Battery Operations
An officer reported that due to conducted counter-battery operations, the enemy loses several guns every month. Even using dummy equipment, Ukrainian fighters successfully identify the enemy and eliminate their artillery assets.
Summary: Ukrainian defenders in the South-Slobozhansky direction effectively use fallen leaves to detect and destroy enemy positions, complicating the aggressor's tactics. Effective counter-battery activities also lead to enemy losses, enhancing the defense capabilities of Ukrainian forces.
