Main socio-economic issues according to the survey

According to inkorr.com: The study 'First Rating System', commissioned by American Political Services, showed that Ukrainians are most worried about corruption (42.7%) and rising food prices (39.1%).

Among other important aspects that cause concern are high utility tariffs (32.8%) and the consequences of hostilities (29.4%). Also, 26.4% of respondents are concerned about low wages, and 26.3% are worried about small pensions and social benefits.

Other issues that worry Ukrainians:

  • mobilization of relatives (22.4%);
  • low level of defense capability (13.8%);
  • inaccessibility of medical services and medicines (11.3%);

Regarding the prospects for the development of the country, only 7.6% of Ukrainians believe that it is moving in the right direction, while 27.3% expressed the opinion that it is 'rather in the right direction'. Among young people, this indicator is 36% optimists.

28.5% of respondents believe that the development of the country is 'rather in the wrong direction', while 26.2% believe it is 'definitely wrong'.

The survey shows the current socio-economic problems that worry Ukrainians, as well as their views on the direction of the country's development. The negative perception of corruption, rising food prices, high utility tariffs, and other challenges emphasize the need to address these issues in society. The situation in the country requires attention and active actions from the authorities and society to improve the quality of life for every Ukrainian.
