For two-bedroom units, the median rent is 18,000 hryvnias, while three-bedroom apartments go for an average of 25,000 hryvnias per month. By comparison, the median rent for two-bedroom apartments under signed contracts is 15,400 hryvnias.
Rental Prices Across Odessa’s Districts
Rental costs vary significantly by neighborhood. The priciest area is Prymorskyi District, where a one-bedroom apartment rents for 18,800 hryvnias and a two-bedroom for 22,500 hryvnias. In Kyivskyi District, one-bedroom apartments cost 12,500 hryvnias, while two-bedroom units go for 14,000 hryvnias. Khadzhybeiskyi District sees one-bedroom rents at 11,000 hryvnias and two-bedroom at 20,000 hryvnias.
