Cash Withdrawal Caps at Oschadbank: Who Can Have Them Lifted.
Oschadbank Imposes Cash Withdrawal Limits
According to Novyny.live: In Ukraine, withdrawal restrictions at Oschadbank remain in effect, specifically capping how much customers can take out from ATMs and teller windows. As of June 2026, clients face daily and per-transaction limits that should be factored into financial planning.
Under current rules, Oschadbank ATM users can withdraw between 10,000 and 25,000 hryvnias every three hours. Over a 24-hour period, a single customer is limited to 100,000 hryvnias via ATM. Despite these caps, the limits still allow for substantial daily transactions.
Additionally, Oschadbank will suspend its mobile app and close all branches on June 14 from 3:45 AM to 10:00 PM for scheduled maintenance. This could temporarily disrupt access to banking services.
Key Details About the Restrictions
For certain clients, Oschadbank may waive these limits, though specifics on eligibility have not been disclosed. Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 975, which governs certain banking operations, was adopted on December 25, 2013. However, ongoing adjustments are needed to reflect the country's current economic conditions.
Customers should stay vigilant and plan their finances around these caps to avoid inconvenience.
These cash withdrawal limits at Oschadbank are part of a broader government financial policy aimed at stabilizing Ukraine's economy.
Continuous monitoring and periodic updates to bank operating conditions help institutions adapt to shifting realities that may affect service availability. It is crucial for clients to keep up with the latest news and regulations to manage their finances effectively.
