Oschadbank's 'My Card' to See Revised Fees from 2026

According to Novyny.live: Oschadbank, one of Ukraine's largest state-owned banks, has announced a partial revision of its tariff policy, with changes set to take effect in 2026. These adjustments will impact several service aspects of its 'My Card' product, affecting customer costs.

Revised Service Charges

Key increases include the monthly fee for SMS notifications, which will rise from UAH 25 to UAH 40. Similarly, the charge for Viber notifications will increase from UAH 15 to UAH 25 per month. The fee for a balance inquiry will now be UAH 5, up from the previous UAH 3, though the first inquiry each period remains free.

Despite these hikes, Oschadbank will maintain several free services for 'My Card' holders:

  • Opening and maintaining a non-personalized 'My Card';
  • Cash withdrawals from Oschadbank's own ATMs.

Withdrawals from other Ukrainian banks' ATMs will remain free for up to UAH 10,000 per month. For amounts exceeding this limit, a fee of 1% plus UAH 5 will apply. For cash withdrawals at ATMs outside Ukraine, the commission will be 1.5% plus UAH 35.

The new 2026 fee structure for 'My Card' therefore combines increases for specific services with the retention of key free options, which may influence customer choices. These changes likely reflect rising operational costs for card services and shifting market conditions in Ukraine's competitive banking sector. Customers are advised to review the new tariffs in the context of the remaining complimentary services when making future banking decisions.
