In Kirovohrad region, a man who evaded mobilization after receiving three summonses was sentenced to five years in prison.
According to the court, the man partially admitted his guilt, explaining that he disagreed with the conclusions of the military medical commission but did not appeal its decision. He stated that he heard on social media that individuals with convictions registered with probation authorities were not subject to mobilization, and he tried to evade service, even claiming that 'it is better to go to prison than to serve.'

The Holovanivsk District Court of Kirovohrad region imposed a sentence of four years in prison. Since he had a suspended sentence for another case, this term was added to the previous verdict, making the actual sentence five years.
