According to UATV: In Armenia’s parliamentary elections held on June 7, 2023, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s ‘Civil Contract’ party secured 49.81% of the vote, claiming first place. Voter turnout was 58.97%, with more than 727,000 citizens casting ballots for the party—a sign of strong public engagement in the electoral process.

‘Civil Contract’ won an outright majority of parliamentary seats, exceeding 54%, which reflects sustained public support for the party. The ‘Strong Armenia’ bloc came in second with 23% of the vote. The ‘Armenia Alliance’ party took third place with nearly 10%, while the ‘Prosperous Armenia’ party received 4%.

Commenting on the election results, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated: ‘We will use these resources in cases where we see that unjustified measures have been taken.’
