According to inkorr.com: The Pension Fund of Ukraine has completed the recalculation of housing subsidies for the heating season 2025-2026, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy.

Size of the subsidy and submission of documents

As of today, the size of the subsidy for October has already been determined, which takes into account heating costs regardless of the type of heating - individual (gas or electric) or centralized heating.

Information about the accrued subsidies can be viewed in the personal account on the electronic service portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the section 'My Subsidy'.

Citizens who are entitled to a housing subsidy but have not yet submitted an application can do so online through the portal, use the mobile app, or contact the service center in person. It is also possible to submit an application by mail to the address of the territorial body of the Fund.

  • Applications submitted by November 30 will ensure the appointment of the subsidy from the beginning of the heating season, while after this date - from the month of the request.
It was previously noted that the PFU paid attention to subsidy recipients.

Attention to new recalculations

In the season 2025-2026, the size of housing subsidies for Ukrainians has been recalculated taking into account heating costs in October. Everyone can check information about their subsidies in their personal account on the portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Those who have not yet applied for the appointment can do so online or in person by the end of November to receive subsidies from the beginning of the heating season.

It is important to remember that timely submission of documents will help save on heating costs, especially in cold weather. Therefore, it is recommended not to delay and apply for a subsidy to ensure comfortable living conditions during the heating season.
