The Pension Fund has simplified the process of obtaining certificates: what has changed for Ukrainians.
According to inkorr.com: The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine announced that obtaining a certificate of social assistance has become significantly easier. Now you can contact the territorial division of the Pension Fund in person or through a legal representative. For convenience, all contact details of the PFU service centers are available on their official website.
When submitting an application, it is necessary to have a passport or another document that proves your identity, a tax identification number, and, if necessary, a document confirming the powers of the legal representative. The certificate can be issued on the same day of the request or sent by mail, email, or through the Pension Fund's electronic services website.
Thus, Ukrainians can now obtain a certificate of social assistance quickly and without unnecessary difficulties. The procedure has become more accessible and convenient for those who need this information.
Thanks to the simplification of this process, Ukrainians who require social support will be able to obtain the necessary documents for further assistance much more easily. This is an important step towards increasing the accessibility of social services for citizens.
