The Pension Fund spent UAH 68.8 billion: how the funds were allocated in August.
According to inkorr.com: The Pension Fund of Ukraine shared information about the distribution of funds for social payments. According to the PFC press service, an active reassessment of finances to support the population is currently underway.
Funding Distribution
- Housing subsidies and benefits received UAH 1,188.8 million.
- Insurance payments reached UAH 2,687.9 million, of which UAH 1,457.9 million was allocated for sick leave.
- Government assistance of various categories received the most funding - UAH 7,225.1 million.
In August, the Pension Fund provided 964.6 thousand social services to citizens who sought help.
Pension Funding
Pension funding for August concluded on August 25, with UAH 68.8 billion spent. Of this amount, UAH 9.2 billion was sent via mail, and UAH 59.6 billion was sent through banks. Pensioners have already received all their funds for August.
It was also noted that banks have tightened control over pensioners' accounts.
This reassessment of funds indicates the Pension Fund's active actions to support the population during challenging times. Timely payment of pensions and social assistance is an important component of social stability in the country, especially in conditions of economic uncertainty.
