PFU paid over a billion hryvnias in subsidies: who had the amount changed.
PFU paid subsidies for Ukrainians
According to inkorr.com: On September 4, the Pension Fund of Ukraine paid 1.143 billion hryvnias for housing subsidies and benefits. These funds were accrued for August and received in September.
Adjustment of subsidies due to changes in income
The Pension Fund noted that the amount of subsidies for some recipients may change as a result of recalculation carried out in August. This applies to households whose income has increased or decreased by 50% or more.
'The recalculation is based on the comparison of income over different periods,' the Pension Fund clarified.
Changes in the amounts of subsidies only concern those whose financial circumstances have changed significantly. It was also explained earlier in which cases additional payments to pensions are provided.
It should be noted that the Pension Fund of Ukraine has paid housing subsidies and benefits totaling over 1 billion hryvnias after the recalculation for households whose income changed by 50% or more. This means that changes in payment amounts only affect those Ukrainians whose financial situation has significantly changed.
Thus, these payments are an important support measure for those who find themselves in difficult situations. Given the current economic challenges, such adjustments can significantly ease the lives of many families in Ukraine.
