The Pension Fund launched electronic registration: how to avoid queues.
New service for making appointments at the Pension Fund of Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: The web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine has launched a new service that allows citizens to register for appointments in advance. This initiative aims to reduce queues and save time, as registration takes place online. To use the service, one must log in to the website and choose a convenient date and time for their visit to the service center.
During registration, the system offers to fill out a short questionnaire, where one needs to specify the territorial body of the Pension Fund, the address of the service center, the topic of the appointment, and the date of the inquiry. After that, the user can select a convenient time from the available options. It is important to note that the printed ticket is not mandatory, as the information about the registration is automatically recorded and displayed on the electronic queue system screen. The user also has the ability to view all their registrations in their personal account.
This new service will be useful for many Ukrainians, as it allows planning visits to the Pension Fund without queues and stress. The implementation of online registration is another step towards modernizing public services and improving the lives of citizens.
