Pensioners can receive payments six months in advance: who made it to the list.

Pensioners in Ukraine who plan to change their place of residence can receive their pension payments in advance for six months. This information was reported by the publication 'On Pension'.
The pension insurance law establishes that pensioners intending to permanently leave Ukraine can receive their pension in advance for six months. Thus, before leaving for a permanent residence abroad, a pensioner can receive six pension payments at once.
However, it is necessary to apply to the Pension Fund of Ukraine and submit a statement. Arranging a pension in advance for six months requires certain documents:
- Ukrainian citizen passport with a record of moving to a permanent residence abroad;
- or a foreign passport or a document confirming a stateless person's identity;
- certificate of departure from the registration of a place of residence in Ukraine.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine has already responded to inquiries regarding the necessary documents for video identification of a pensioner.
