Retirement pensioners are now choosing: salary or benefits.
According to inkorr.com: Ukrainians who receive a pension for years of service are now forced to choose between pension and salary due to new restrictions. According to current legislation, such pensioners can receive pension payments only if they work in positions that do not provide for the right to a preferential pension. If they remain in the same jobs where they received the pension, they will have to make a decision - to receive only a pension or salary.
As reported by 'Hvylya', this is addressed in a new video on the YouTube channel 'People's Opinion'.
In addition, pensioners were reminded of the necessity to inform the Pension Fund about employment or dismissal within 10 days to avoid overpayment of pension funds. This restriction also applies to prosecutors, who, according to the bill, must also make a choice between pension and salary.
These innovations are regulated by Ukrainian legislation and aim to prevent injustice and optimize social payments for pensioners.
Such changes have a significant impact on the financial situation of this category of citizens. As they lose the opportunity to receive both types of payments simultaneously, it is important for pensioners to be informed about their rights and the consequences that may arise due to new legislative initiatives. This issue will remain relevant, and the situation will require close attention from both the state and society.
