Zinchenko's stay at Arsenal is under threat.
Ukrainian footballer Oleksandr Zinchenko is being courted by Inter
The Italian Serie A giant - Inter - has shown interest in Ukrainian footballer Oleksandr Zinchenko due to his international experience and versatility. This was reported by Fichajes.
Zinchenko's transfer could take place during the summer transfer window. It is worth noting that Inter currently sits in fourth place in Serie A with 25 points after 12 matches played.
Earlier, the media reported that Arsenal plans to part ways with three players, among them are Zinchenko, Kieran Tierney, and Gabriel Jesus. This is related to injuries and poor performances of the players. But now, Inter has expressed interest in the Ukrainian footballer and could become his new employer.
It should be noted that Zinchenko has played only 5 matches for Arsenal this season but has not scored a goal. He also missed more than two months due to injury. His contract with Arsenal is valid until June 30, 2026.
Recall that in the match against Albania, Zinchenko scored a goal and dedicated it to the thousandth day of the war. He, along with his teammates, showcased a symbolic national team jersey with the number '1000' during the goal celebration.
