The gas supply company 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' reports on the procedure for correcting errors when paying for consumed gas. The company reminds that even the most attentive consumers can accidentally enter the wrong amount or confuse details, but such mistakes can be quickly corrected.
To return the funds, you need to provide the following documents:
- An application for a refund with a description of the situation, date, and personal signature.
- A document of payment execution (receipt, cheque, bank statement, etc.), certified by the company that made the payment.
- Copies of the identification code and document confirming the identity.
- A certificate with bank details for returning funds to a card or personal account numbers for transferring funds from one account to another.
- Contact phone number or E-mail.
The collected set of documents should be sent to the postal address: Kropyvnytskyi, postal code 25001, Soborna St., 1A, recipient LLC 'GC 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' or to the email [email protected].
The company assures that the application will be received and processed, and the funds will be returned.
