Applications opened on March 19, 2026, and will be accepted until March 26, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to support those uprooted by the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
Who Is Eligible for Assistance
The support is designated for IDPs from Kramatorsk who currently reside in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Only vulnerable categories of IDPs will receive payments, including:

- Individuals with disabilities (Groups I and II),
- Children with disabilities,
- Families with three or more children,
