The First Frosts in Ukraine: Eastern Regions Warned About Orange Level of Danger.
According to inkorr.com: The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has warned about worsening weather conditions in the eastern regions. On the night of October 23, residents of Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions are expecting the first autumn frost.
According to the Ukrhydrometcenter, the temperature in these areas will drop to 0-3 degrees below zero. In this regard, the SES announced the II level of danger (orange). 'Be careful and get your scarves and down jackets ready,' they urge citizens.
On October 22, the weather in Ukraine will be cloudy with clear spells. At night in the east, and during the day in the central regions, light rain is possible. Other parts of the country will remain dry.

Meteorologists forecast a southeastern wind with a speed of 5-10 m/s, which will change direction to northwestern in the eastern regions. The temperature at night will range from 1 to 6 degrees Celsius, and during the day - from 8 to 13 degrees. In the extreme west and south, the temperature may rise to 15 degrees.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reports that on October 22, a slow change of cold air flows from the north to warmer ones from the southern directions will begin. The night will remain cold, while moderate warmth is expected during the day. Atmospheric pressure will slightly increase, and humidity will remain high with many clouds.
In Kyiv region and the capital, cloudy weather with clear spells is also forecasted without precipitation. The southeastern wind will blow at a speed of 5-10 m/s. The temperature in the region at night will be 1-6 degrees Celsius, and during the day - 8-13 degrees. In Kyiv, the temperature at night is expected to be 3-5 degrees, and during the day around 10 degrees.
At the end of October, it gets colder in Ukraine, and night frost is possible in the eastern regions. Citizens are advised to be careful and prepare for changes in the weather by considering the necessary clothing.
