According to inkorr.com: The beginning of October will bring serious changes in the weather for Ukraine: atmospheric fronts will cause rain across almost the entire territory, and the first snow will fall in the mountains. Meteorologists also warn of possible frosts at the end of the week.

According to the information from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, moderate rain is expected in most regions on Tuesday, while precipitation will be slight in the northern regions. In the high mountainous areas of the Carpathians, wet snow will fall instead of rain.

Wind and temperature

The wind will mostly be from the east at a speed of 7-12 m/s. In the northeastern regions, gusts of wind can reach 15-20 m/s, so drivers should be especially careful.

The temperature will remain fairly cool: at night temperatures are expected to be between 3-8 degrees Celsius, and during the day - 5-10 degrees. The most comfortable conditions will be in Transcarpathia and the south, where daytime temperatures can rise to 11-16 degrees. In the high mountains of the Carpathians, temperatures during the day and at night will be close to zero.

Kyiv and the Kyiv region will have a cloudy day with slight rains, which may also occur at night in some places. The eastern wind will pick up to 7-12 m/s. The temperature in the region at night will fluctuate between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius, during the day - 5-10 degrees. It will be slightly warmer in Kyiv: at night 4-6 degrees, during the day 7-9 degrees.

Warnings and call for caution

Meteorologists have issued a level one danger warning for the Kyiv region: on the night of October 3, frosts on the ground from 0 to 3 degrees below zero are expected.

Wet snow in the high mountains of the Carpathians will continue over the next two days due to the activity of atmospheric fronts. Rescuers urge tourists and residents of mountainous areas to exercise caution.
