How the Process of Returning Overpaid Funds Works:
If a large family provides false or concealed information, the relevant authority determines the amount to be returned and the deadlines for return. Money can be returned independently, by agreement, or based on a decision of the competent authority.
- full return from the recipient;
- agreed complete return without further payments;
- partial return - no more than 20% of monthly payments.
If it is impossible to return the money, there are special procedures for their collection under the law. This information is important for everyone receiving state assistance to avoid possible problems in the future.
All families receiving state assistance must very carefully monitor the conditions under which it is received. Incorrectly provided information can lead to serious financial consequences. It is essential to remember the possibility of returning funds in the event of violations, so it is necessary to be responsible in the use of state support.Read also
