During the 2024 Olympics in Paris, a Ukrainian film that won an Oscar will be shown.
Ukraine will bring to Paris at the Olympic Games the world-famous documentary film "20 Days in Mariupol", which won an Oscar. The film screening will be available at the Ukrainian house Volia Space, which was opened on July 27. This was reported by the Associated Press.
Volia Space will become a platform for screening documentary films, concerts, and other events aimed at an audience from around the world and introducing them to the experience of Ukraine, which is going through a war.
The Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Matviy Bidny, calls Volia Space "Ukraine's headquarters in Paris during the Olympic Games." Public speeches and statements by Ukrainian and foreign officials are expected to take place here.
