According to inkorr.com: According to the law 'On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection', military personnel who have the status of combatants (UBD) can take advantage of benefits when paying for housing and communal services.

- Housing payment discount (within the limits of standards) - 75%
- Utility services discount (gas, electricity, water supply, waste removal) - 75%
- Discount on liquefied gas (within the norms) - 75%
- Fuel discount for heating private houses without centralized heating - 75%
These benefits apply to living space up to 21 sq. m for each permanent resident of the family and an additional 10.5 sq. m.
