Five 'social taxis' were provided for the communities of Sumy, Velyka Oleksandrivka, Vilniansk, Vysokopillia, and Zaporizhzhia. Additionally, the Shostka community received a vehicle for palliative care, equipped with special means.Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine Oleksii Riabikin noted that the new mobile centers and social transport will enhance the capacity of communities to provide the necessary support.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Ukraine Park Ki-chang noted that the transfer of vehicles is part of broader efforts to support communities in the context of post-war recovery and to ensure access to essential services. This initiative is an important step in the development of infrastructure for Ukrainian communities, especially in regions affected during the conflict. The new vehicles are intended not only to facilitate access to administrative services but also to promote the provision of social assistance, which is critically important for people in need of support. The interaction between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea within the framework of these initiatives underscores solidarity and international assistance in the country's recovery.
