Ukrhydrometcenter warned about frosts in Ukraine: where the temperature will drop to -3.

According to inkorr.com: Meteorologists announced the weather forecast in Ukraine for Thursday, October 23, according to the press service of the Ukrhydrometcenter.

On Wednesday, most of the country is promised to be dry, but in the north, there may be light rain at night. The temperature in the central and western regions will range from +3 to +8 degrees at night and from +11 to +16 degrees during the day.

In the eastern regions, cooler weather is expected: at night +1...+6 degrees, with possible frosts on the ground and in the air from 0 to -3 degrees. During the day, the temperature will rise to +8...+13 degrees.

The wind will have a southeasterly direction, with a speed of 7-12 m/s, while in the Carpathians, gusts may reach 15-20 m/s.

In Kyiv and the region, cloudy weather with clearings is also expected. At night and in the morning, there may be light rain.

Temperature:

• In the region: at night +3...+8 degrees, during the day +11...+16 degrees
• In Kyiv: at night +5...+7 degrees, during the day +14...+16 degrees
• Wind: southeasterly, 7-12 m/s.

According to meteorologists' forecasts, Thursday is expected to be humid and cool with slight precipitation in the north. The night temperature will vary, especially in the eastern regions where frosts may occur.
