A few months ago, it became known that she was engaged in illegal activities. On Instagram, she advertised casinos and received large rewards for it, which she planned to spend on buying her own home. However, according to Ukrainian legislation, advertising gambling is prohibited, and a decision was made to punish the blogger. Sіmbочка reported that she was fined five million hryvnias and intends to appeal this decision in court.

Changes in Income

Sіmbочка also touched on the topic of her previous earnings, noting that since the age of 18 she had a stable monthly income ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 dollars. Over time, her earnings grew to 80,000 dollars a month. However, the full-scale invasion and problems advertising casinos negatively impacted her financial situation, as her main source of income — her Instagram page — was blocked. Now she is forced to live on savings with her daughter.

“My Instagram was blocked when I was almost able to save for an apartment. The state destroyed my income. Now I'm not earning anything. I'm living on the money I saved for the apartment. I'm alone in a big city and providing for my child. I bear a great responsibility. I have no one. My support is my nannies whom I pay. And there’s also the fine of five million. I will appeal. At first, I fell into depression when you lose everything. I didn’t manage to open the entire business — a network of dental clinics. It’s really awful when all your income relies on social media,” the blogger shocked in an interview with Dmytro Gordon.

Now Sіmbочка understands that “advertising casinos is rock bottom” and acknowledges that “she was not right”. She explains her actions by a lack of knowledge of the law and states that “life is survival.” However, this does not exempt her from responsibility for her actions under current legislation.
