Summons from TCC will be visible in Reserve+: instruction.
Conscripts will be able to check the summons from the TCC through the Reserve+ app.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved changes to the Procedure for the Mobilization Draft of Citizens for Military Service, which stipulate the requirements for summons generated using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Military Liable individuals. In particular, the summons will be assigned a unique electronic identifier in the form of a QR code, allowing all necessary information to be verified. Additionally, a mechanism has been established to verify the authenticity of summonses using the electronic cabinet of a conscript, reservist, and the mobile application. Therefore, using the Reserve+ app, it will be possible to verify the authenticity of the summons from the TCC generated through the Obereg Register.
Additionally, the government has established the status of summonses on paper and those generated using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Military Liable individuals in printed form and their legal force. The process for determining the address for sending summonses to reservists and conscripts has also been clarified, along with changes to the content of the information attached to the summons.
It is worth noting that the full text of the changes to Resolution No. 560 has not yet been officially published.
