The air raid lasted more than seven hours.
Late in the evening of July 30, an air raid was announced in Kyiv and several regions due to a possible ballistic threat from the north and strike unmanned aerial vehicles.
On the eve of July 31, the alarm covered all of Ukraine. The Air Force reported a missile threat throughout the country due to the takeoff of the MiG-31K from Astrakhan and the threat of the use of the Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missile.
As of 6:10 a.m., the air raid in Kyiv and several regions had ended, but the threat still remained in some regions.

During the alarm in the Kyiv region, particularly on the approaches to Kyiv, air defense forces worked against enemy unmanned aerial vehicles. Thanks to their work, protective fire was heard in Kyiv.
