The rise in rental costs in Odesa
Recently, the cost of renting a one-room apartment in Odesa has increased by an impressive 50%, from 6,000 to 12,000 hryvnias per month. In comparison, prices in Kyiv have only risen by 6%.

Rent in Odesa
The highest rental prices among all cities in Ukraine have jumped in Odesa — by 50%, where people now pay an average of 12,000 hryvnias per month for a one-room apartment. Vinnytsia is in second place in the ranking (+13%, 13,000 hryvnias), Dnipro is in third (+10%, 11,000 hryvnias), and Khmelnytskyi is in fourth (+7%, 10,700 hryvnias). Kyiv ranked fifth, with a growth of 6% (18,000 hryvnias per month).
The lowest rental prices are recorded in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv — from 4,000 to 6,000 hryvnias.
It should not be forgotten that the rise in rental prices in Odesa may be related to the seasonal influx of tourists and an increase in the number of internally displaced persons.
